Hairsight — Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and JLTECH MMC ("we") for the Hairsight app. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the EULA allows.

1. Not medical advice

Hairsight provides cosmetic estimates for personal tracking only. Scores, Norwood estimates, observations, routines and lessons are general information. They are not a medical diagnosis, treatment or recommendation, and they can be wrong, for example because of lighting, angle or image quality. Hairsight is not a medical device. Always talk to a doctor or dermatologist about hair loss, before starting or stopping any treatment, and about any symptom that worries you. Never ignore professional advice because of something in the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher. Hairsight is for adults only.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and answers. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). Only scan yourself, or people who have agreed to it.

4. Subscriptions

• Hairsight Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly). The yearly plan may include a free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• A one-time introductory or discounted offer may be shown; its price and terms are displayed before you buy.

5. Fair use

To keep the service reliable and affordable, analyses are limited per day and free previews are limited per device. Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, automated access, attempts to bypass limits, or uploading unlawful content.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue Hairsight Pro, we'll give reasonable notice. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
