Email office@jltech.az. In the app, Settings → Contact support opens an email with your app version and anonymous app ID filled in, which helps us find a purchase.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel Hairsight Pro in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the app under Settings → Manage subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore a purchase on a new iPhone with Restore on the paywall.

Your data

Your photos and history are stored on your iPhone. Settings → Export my data gives you a copy; Settings → Delete all my data removes everything. See the Privacy Policy.

Scan tips

Use bright, even light facing a window, with dry hair pushed back and no hat or heavy product. If a photo can't be read, the app asks you to retake only that angle, and it doesn't count against your scans.
